Lineup of Items

CDG E-SHOP will change its lineup of items once a month.

Please be aware that aside from the once-a-month change, we will also add items from our inventory to the lineup without any prior notice.

Purchase Limits

Please be aware that for some items, there may be a purchase limit per customer.

Shopping Cart

Due to system specifications, even when an item has been put in a cart, its availability will not be ensured until finalizing purchase procedures.
Because multiple customers can put items in their shopping carts at the same time, please be aware that when other customers finalize their purchase procedures before you, stock may have run out by the time you start to finalize your purchase. 

Completing Orders

When you have completed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered.
Please make sure to save this e-mail, which will contain the details of your order and your order number.
A problem may have occurred if you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order. In such case, please contact us through CONTACT on the menu

Cancellations

Please be aware that the cancellations of items are not accepted, once orders have been placed.

Gift Wrapping

Free gift wrapping is available for any order by selecting Gift Wrapping on each page.
Tissue paper marked with our logo is used for wrapping. Please be aware that we will not provide delivery slip and pricing tag with our wrapping.
